- All dishes, pots & pans are for DISPLAY purposes only
- Barn and upstairs of house are not rentable
- Outdoor grounds cannot be rented alone
- Rentals may be scheduled up to 1 year in advance
- Minimum 4 hour rental is required and $25 deposit to reserve date
