GYMNASTICS – BUDDING GYMNASTS Ages: 4-6 Location: Black Bay Depot, 1211 E. 3rd Avenue, Post Falls This class will teach strength and self-confidence with such skills as somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and headstands. We will introduce the low balance beam and work on a variety of beginner moves. Working with a junior swinger your child will get instruction on proper hand grips, pullovers, front supports and much more. This class will incorporate balls, hoop, incline mats, tunnels, and tons of fun! This is a great physical activity for the home-schooled child! *No class Memorial Day Weekend 5 sessions
