Cancellation & Refund Policy: All Batting Cage rental fees are non-refundable. If cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation date, Chelsea Piers will gladly reschedule the date at no additional charge. Please email fieldhouse@chelseapiers.com. Chelsea Piers will not reschedule reservations that are canceled on the day of the reservation.

Reservations can accommodate up to 2 people per cage. Non-participants will not be able to enter.
Participants must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a caretaker over the age of 18.
Batters may bring their own bats and helmets or use the ones provided by Chelsea Piers. Closed toe shoes and masks are required.
