These group workouts prioritize player development, and focus on the individual. We believe having the skills unlocks freedom to play on the court. These sessions will be centered around building well-rounded players, who can shoot, pass, and dribble, as well as improving the overall athleticism: agility, conditioning, footwork, speed. Letting the players practice new moves and drills in a low-stakes and positive environment will benefit them when they are in-season during the Winter.</p>
