<p>Designed for students who have successfully passed Level 4, Level 5 continues build strength and confidence in the water. This class is taught in our competition pool, typically in 12 feet of water. Students learn the difference between crawlstroke and freestyle, back-crawl and backstroke, and also learn how to tread water.
