Designed for students who successfully pass Level 3, Level 4 introduces several new skills. Rythmic side breathing while doing crawlstroke is taught, as is backstroke. Students also learn sidestroke, and elementary backstroke, essential lifesaving strokes that allow for consistent movement with very littler energy output.
