Strikers 5 Years is a program that focuses on advancing competitive play in a fun, safe environment. Players will learn how to control the ball while running, defend, attack, change direction with the ball, and increase competitive play. Sessions will start with a warmup, followed by three fun skills games, and finish with scrimmage.
