<div data-canvas-width="469.7440000000002">This learn to skate program is for preschool aged children that are 2-5 years old.</div> <div data-canvas-width="555.1626666666665">Gear Required: hockey helmet with a full cage, skates and winter type clothes, including</div> <div data-canvas-width="92.35599999999997">gloves/mittens.</div> <div data-canvas-width="600.0573333333333">Levels 1 & 2 are for those who have passed level prelim or can fall down and get up on their own and</div> <div data-canvas-width="216.8319999999999">stand/walk on ice without assistance.</div> <div data-canvas-width="616.4546666666668">In this class children in level 1 will learn to fall down and get up quickly, touch knees and toes while not</div> <div data-canvas-width="620.0773333333334">moving, march on the spot, walk forward to the coach, 1 foot balance on the spot, backwards walk, make</div> <div data-canvas-width="189.6399999999999">snow & 2 foot jump on the spot.</div> <div data-canvas-width="617.598666666667">And children in level 2 will learn to do side steps, forward skate the width of the arena with control, do a</div> <div data-canvas-width="603.7680000000001">forward push and glide sequence using both feet, 2 foot forwards glide and touch toes, 1 foot forwards</div> <div data-canvas-width="618.9480000000001">glide, forwards sculling, skating backwards, snowplow stop from speed, 2 foot jump with speed & 2 foot</div> <div data-canvas-width="28.042666666666666">spin.
