A fun skill delevopmental program for travel & rec players.
Program Includes:
14 skill development sesions and 14 control play sessions.
2 instructional placement clinics.
Circuit training session format 4 stations of 6 players.
Players will be rotated thoughout the sessions.

Please come fully dressed and a face mask is required on the ice.
